Case Study: Sprint

Sprint was one of America’s most influential wireless innovators, known for challenging the status quo and shaping how people connected, communicated, and consumed culture. Headquartered in the Midwest, Sprint built its brand around accessibility, speed, and bold reinvention, using retail spaces not just as points of sale but as platforms for experience, community, and entertainment. Through initiatives like Sprint Studio, the brand leaned into sports, music, and pop culture to create meaningful connections with customers, positioning itself as a carrier that understood fandom, loyalty, and the emotional moments that bring people together.

Case Study: The Challenge

During the Big 12 Men’s College Basketball Tournament, Sprint needed to transform its flagship retail store into a cultural magnet for fans flooding downtown Kansas City. The space had to do more than sell devices. It needed to feel like the tournament. Energy. Loyalty. Game-day emotion.

Case Study: The Experience

We transformed the store into a high-impact, multi-sensory environment designed to stop foot traffic and pull fans inside.

When do they work well, and when do they on us and finally, when do we actually need how can we avoid them.
