Founded in 2017, BlaqOut quickly established itself as a disruptor in HIV prevention, telehealth, and PrEP/PEP access. With a deliberate focus on those historically excluded from care, the organization has reimagined healthcare delivery for Kansas City’s Black LGBTQ+ community—building pathways rooted in access, dignity, and trust.

These innovations now allow BlaqOut to provide low- to no-cost services at scale, including primary care, STI testing and treatment, lab work, health insurance navigation, and comprehensive wellness support.
