Case Study: TIDAL X Sprint Partnership

Messenger Ink played a key strategic and creative role in assisting partnership approval between Sprint and TIDAL, aligning both brands’ objectives around exclusive music access, digital innovation, and urban lifestyle integration. Acting as a cultural and design bridge, Messenger Ink developed the art direction and retail design concepts for introducing TIDAL into Sprint’s retail environment—translating the streaming platform’s premium music experience into an in-store visual and experiential campaign. The creative strategy included retail posters, window displays, and app integration concepts promoting exclusive music, videos, and live experiences, including Jay-Z’s album release, helping Sprint customers engage directly with TIDAL’s high-fidelity audio and artist-driven content. This collaboration strengthened Sprint’s brand identity among younger, music-driven audiences and positioned TIDAL as a key partner in enhancing Sprint’s digital ecosystem.

When do they work well, and when do they on us and finally, when do we actually need how can we avoid them.
