As Founder of Messenger Ink, Marques guides organizations through moments of change by aligning culture, strategy, and design into systems that resonate emotionally, perform in the real world, and endure. Known for his collaborative leadership, sharp aesthetic, and commitment to inclusive creativity, he continues to mentor emerging talent while building brands designed to hold orbit.
